Isle of Capris Casino Lula Best Rack in Mississippi April 16 & 17, 2010 DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION: APRIL 2, 2010. ENTRY FEE $300: Covers all four (4) categories and one 20' x 20' space. Each additional 10' x 20' space is $50.00 each.
* All fields are required to process your reservation registration. Please fill out all fields. When you are finished press the Submit Button at the bottom of the page. An information page summarizing what you have submitted will automatically be sent to the Smoke on the Water organizers and to the email address you furnished. Please print out this information page for your records. Registration fee must be paid by credit card. Checks not accepted. WAIVER OF LIABILITY:In consideration of your “submission or acceptance” of this entry, I, the undersigned, Intending to be legally bound, hereby from myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages against the Smoke on the Water BBQ Cook-Off Committee, State of Arkansas, North Little Rock Chamber of Commerce, City of Lula, Isle of Capris Casino, their agents, successors and assignees for any and all injuries suffered by me in this event. Further, I hereby grant full permission to the Smoke on the Water BBQ Cook-Off Committee and/or any and all agents authorized by them to use any photographs, video tapes, motion pictures, recording and any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Smoke on the Water BBQ Cook-Off Committee and/or any and all agents authorized by them. DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION: APRIL 2, 2010. REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION BY E-MAIL Confirmation of team application will be forwarded to you by email to the address given in form. Please make sure address is correct and valid. COOK TEAM PASSES TO BE MAILED 2 WEEKS BEFORE COMPETITION Each cook team will receive 1 RV/Camper and 2 vehicle passes only. After setting up, all vehicles will be required to park in designated area. No exceptions. SET UP TIME IS 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. ON FRIDAY, APRIL 16. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. IF NOT REGISTERED BY THE 2:00 p.m. DEADLINE APRIL 16, 2010, YOU'RE SPACE WILL BE ELIMINATED WITH NO REFUND. NOTE: NO REFUNDS ON REGISTRATION. In a case of cancelation, the registration amount will be applied to the next available contest that the team can participate in. |
