Michigan International Speedway August 13 & 14, 2010 DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION: JULY 30, 2010. ENTRY FEE $480: Covers all four (4) categories and one 20' x 40' space. Each additional 10' x 20' space is $50.00 each.
* All fields are required to process your reservation registration. Please fill out all fields. When you are finished press the Submit Button at the bottom of the page. An information page summarizing what you have submitted will automatically be sent to the Smoke on the Water organizers and to the email address you furnished. Please print out this information page for your records. Registration fee must be paid by credit card. Checks not accepted. WAIVER OF LIABILITY:In consideration of your “submission or acceptance” of this entry, I, the undersigned, Intending to be legally bound, hereby from myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages against the Smoke on the Water BBQ Cook-Off Committee, State of Arkansas, North Little Rock Chamber of Commerce, City of Michigan, Michigan International Speedway, their agents, successors and assignees for any and all injuries suffered by me in this event. Further, I hereby grant full permission to the Smoke on the Water BBQ Cook-Off Committee and/or any and all agents authorized by them to use any photographs, video tapes, motion pictures, recording and any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose. Please make sure address is correct and valid. COOK TEAM PASSES TO BE MAILED 2 WEEKS BEFORE COMPETITION Each cook team will receive 1 RV/Camper and 2 vehicle passes only. SET UP TIME IS 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. ON FRIDAY, AUGUST 13. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. IF NOT REGISTERED BY THE 2:00 p.m. DEADLINE AUGUST 13, 2010, YOU'RE SPACE WILL BE ELIMINATED WITH NO REFUND. NOTE: NO REFUNDS ON REGISTRATION. In a case of cancelation, the registration amount will be applied to the next available contest that the team can participate in.
