Team Online Registration Smoke on the Water’s Ribba Ramma Sponsored by The Greater Pine Bluff Chamber of Commerce Regional Park, September 18, 2010 Rules & Regulations Ribba Ramma Amateur Competition Proceeds benefit the Chamber of Commerce and Voices for Children Are you the master of your grilling domain? Now’s your chance to see who’s Arkansas’ Grilling Guru when it comes to great barbecue. Held during the $20,000 Arkansas Barbecue Championship at Regional Park in Pine Bluff, the Chamber of Commerce’s Ribba-Ramma is an amateur competition created especially for the weekend warrior and backyard griller. Each team will be required to prepare three racks of ribs. Three bones will be turned in for judging and the rest will be sold to the public from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. All proceeds will benefit The Chamber and Voices for Children. Whether the secret is in the sauce or the smoke, if you have the ultimate rib recipe, join us at Regional Park, September 18 and let us decide. You will have a slab-u-less time!
