Smoke on the Water Productions and Michigan International Speedway presents the inaugural Michigan State Barbeque Championship in Brooklyn, Michigan August 13-14, 2010.

Considered the largest contest in the state with a guaranteed purse of $30,000, the Michigan champion's purse of $5,000 is one of the largest on the competition circuit. We're also spreading the love by paying top five overall and through fourteen places in all four categories.
